JR Copier is committed to delivering your office equipment safely, professionally, and on time. We provide free continental U.S. shipping on most equipment, with professional installation included to ensure your equipment is set up correctly and ready to use.
Shipping Coverage
Continental U.S. Delivery
We deliver office equipment throughout the continental United States to:
- All 48 continental states (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
- Major metropolitan areas and rural locations
- Businesses, offices, warehouses, and commercial properties
Note: We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is included on:
- All copiers and multifunction printers (console machines subject to shipping fees)
- Orders over $1,000 for smaller equipment
- Lease-to-own and rental equipment deliveries
- Equipment replacement and upgrades

Console Machine Shipping Fees
Console copiers and high-capacity multifunction machines require specialized freight shipping due to their size and weight. A shipping fee of $597.00 per machine applies to all console equipment deliveries.

Delivery Timeframes

- Custom Configurations: 2-3 business days
- Refurbished Equipment: 1-2 business days (includes final inspection)
- Special Orders: 3-7 business days (will be confirmed at time of order)
Transit Time
Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days after processing
- Metropolitan Areas: 3-5 business days
- Rural Areas: 5-7 business days
- Expedited Delivery: Available upon request (additional fees apply)
Total Timeline
Plan for 4-10 business days from order confirmation to installation for most locations. Rush delivery and same-week installation may be available in select markets—contact us to inquire.
Professional Installation
What's Included
Professional installation is included with all copier and multifunction printer deliveries:
- Unpacking and placement in your designated location
- Connection to power and network (wired or wireless)
- Initial configuration and testing
- User training on basic operations
- Integration with existing network systems
- Removal of packaging materials
- Final quality check and demonstration
Installation Scheduling
We coordinate installation appointments based on your schedule. Our installation team will contact you 1-2 days before delivery to confirm date, time, and any special requirements. Installation appointments are typically 1-2 hours, depending on equipment complexity.
Site Requirements
To ensure smooth installation, please ensure:
- Clear path from delivery entrance to installation location
- Adequate space for equipment (dimensions provided with order)
- Access to electrical outlet (standard 110V for most equipment)
- Network access (Ethernet cable or Wi-Fi credentials)
- Elevator or freight access for upper floors
- Someone authorized to accept delivery and sign paperwork
White Glove Delivery Service
For large copiers and high-volume equipment, we provide white glove delivery service:
- Inside delivery to room of choice (not just curbside)
- Professional moving equipment for heavy machines
- Assembly of multi-component systems
- Furniture placement and equipment positioning
- Cable management and wire concealment
- Complete cleanup and packaging removal
- Compliance with building regulations and insurance requirements
Tracking and Communication
Order Confirmation
You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after your order is placed, including order number, equipment details, and estimated delivery date.
Shipping Notification
When your equipment ships, you'll receive tracking information via email, including carrier details, tracking number, and estimated delivery date. You can track your shipment in real-time.
Delivery Coordination
Our installation team will contact you 1-2 business days before delivery to schedule installation appointment and confirm site requirements.
Delivery Issues
Damaged Shipments
If equipment arrives damaged:
- Do not accept delivery if packaging shows significant damage
- Take photos of damaged packaging and equipment
- Note damage on delivery receipt if you accept shipment

- We will arrange replacement or repair at no cost to you
Missing Items
If any components or accessories are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll ship missing items via expedited service at no charge.
Delivery Delays
While rare, delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, or supply chain disruptions. We'll keep you informed of any delays and provide updated delivery estimates. For urgent needs, we may offer loaner equipment while your order is in transit.
Refused or Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, refusal, or inability to access delivery location, return shipping charges may apply for redelivery. Please ensure accurate address information and availability during delivery window.
Special Delivery Situations
High-Rise Deliveries
For deliveries to upper floors in high-rise buildings, please inform us during order placement. We'll coordinate with building management for elevator access and delivery scheduling. Some buildings may require certificate of insurance (COI)—we'll provide this upon request.
Remote Locations
For deliveries to remote or hard-to-access locations, additional time or fees may apply. Contact us for a custom delivery quote.
Multiple Equipment Orders
For orders including multiple machines, we'll coordinate delivery and installation to minimize disruption to your business. Bulk installations can often be scheduled for weekends or after-hours.
International Shipping

Returns and Exchanges
For information about returning or exchanging equipment, please see our Return & Refund Policy. Return shipping is handled separately from standard delivery and may have different procedures.
Shipping Insurance
All shipments are fully insured for the equipment's value. In the rare event of loss or damage during transit, we'll file the insurance claim and provide replacement equipment at no cost to you. You are not responsible for carrier-related damage or loss.
